Brief Description: With its own large car park for 30 cars this old inn built over 100 years ago is situated at the start of Stoke Gabriel road and is a good place to visit for hungry or thirsty travellers apart from the regular locals! The Inn once only held a 6 day licence but was purchased in 1969 by a Mr Webb when it changed to a 7 day licence.  It provides traditional home cooked food including delicious deserts and is often occupied by the young and old as a social meeting place! GRA hold their meetings here and apart from the in house 'quiz evenings' the Manor Inn is often a meeting place for other activities.   The Manor is now run by four villagers, who also organise the Galmpton Gooseberry Pie Fair.

 The Weary Ploughman

Call in to the Weary Ploughman Inn (right next to Churston Station) where you can buy superb food and real ales. Try their brain teasing quiz or watch the model railway in the upper bar while waiting for your meal.
